Palm Springs Pet Resort & Boarding Services Overview
Our resort has 10 suites. 2 pets from the same home can stay in the same suite. Two private outdoor parks for small & large dogs, a cattery and is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Pets can be monitored and watched through our camera system that is accessible while checked in our facility online. Our Resort Boarding and Daycare staff have made a career out of the pet industry and have experience in the areas of veterinary medicine, daycare, boarding, grooming and training. We can administer medication - which includes oral, topical and injectable medications, if approved. Our staff is also experienced in caring for medically inclined, geriatric and special needs pets.
Our suites here at Tailwaggers offer comfortable amenities with access to fresh water at all times, beds (please ask for bed at time of booking), toys and treats offered through our retail supply store. Our kitchen is equipped to handle any kind of diet your pet may need, whether it is kibble, wet food, cooked food or raw. All pet food and medications will be in a labeled bin and accounted for at check-in.
During your pet’s stay they will be taken on a minimum of four walks a day and have separate play time which includes group play in daycare if they’re eligible, one on one time with our staff and solo enrichment in their kennels (puzzles, snuffle mats, toys, etc.). Our entire team is dedicated and passionate about giving your pet the best and most enriching experience possible while they are in our care.

Boarding & Daycare Requirements for Canines:
Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Canine Influenza
(We also accept medical letters with approval of a licensed veterinarian in place of certain vaccines. We also accept titer testing.)
Requirements for Felines:
Rabies, FVRCP, Felv Proof of negative FIV testing

HOW TO BOOK A RESERVATION:
- Create your account online Tailwaggerspets.com , then click Services, then Resort Boarding and select “Request a Booking” by clicking “Book Now”.
- Upload proof of 4 unexpired vaccination records to your account (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP, Canine Influenza). You can also email records to frontdeskpalmsprings@tailwaggerspets.com (please add your first & last name and your pet's name in the subject line)

Call the store to schedule your mandatory evaluation appointment and book your boarding stay.
NOTE: Boarding reservations are contingent on passing evaluation and current vaccine records. You may also create your account and schedule your evaluation in person or by calling (323) 464-9600 x6 then press 1. Evaluations typically take 30–45 minutes and we ask that you remain present during the evaluation. Vaccinations must be confirmed prior to evaluation reservation by a Tailwaggers staff member.
Boarding Drop Offs: Between 8am & 8pm (can be anytime if scheduled at time of booking). Pick Up prior to 12pm. Late check out is until 6pm; anything later than 6pm will be charged as an additional day. Picking up ½ hour after 12pm will incur a $25 charge. Picking up after 6pm will incur an additional day charge.
