After each use, wipe the exterior clean as needed, turn mat inside out and hang to dry.
For a deeper clean, make sure the zipper is fastened and machine wash in cold water with items of a similar colour, then turn mat inside out and hang to dry.
Ensure mat is completely dry before storing.
